URGENT:
- All ALS implementers are required to submit new LIS Form for Abot-Alam OSC/OSY mapped for Basic Education who are not yet enrolled in ALS. Please download the e-copy for the new LIS and submit the e-copy to the Division Offcie c/o EPSA on or before May 12, 2016.
- Please note that the format for” birthdate” and date_mapped_as_abot_alam” columns should be yyyy-mm-dd ( year/month/day). Example: 1978/07/09

ANNOUNCEMENT:
- All ALS implementers are required to submit IPCRF together with their MOVs to the Division Office on Friday, May 6, 2016.
- The Rater will be the assigned EPSA and the approving authority is the school principal.
- Deadline for the ALS -LIS encoding and updating will be on May 11, 2016.
