Senior High School Enrolment e-Tool
Instruction: Please download the given link below
- At the main form, type the LRN, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Grade, Track, Strand and Section.
- Load your SHS e-Tool (class program) related to the enrolee’s Track and Strand using the “Reference” button. Locate the FOLDER of your class programs and click “OK”. Click the dropdown button (beside cell C4) and locate the e-Tool (Class Program) for the enrolees.
- Click “Re-Print Certificate and Class Schedule” and Print the form.
- Click “Submit” button to register the enrolee(s) to your Enrolment List.
- Click “Clear” button to enrol and input other students.
- Click “Proceed to List” button to view your enrolees.
